Mya Barrett

What a wonderful idea, to create a place where people could share the books they want to read. Since all the top lists of books have been coming out this year, I've been collecting titles in my head. Some are heavy duty, some or light, some are angsty, some are romance (hey, we all need a little fun read every so often). Here's my list, for better or for worse:

I'm so glad that others like these, too! These authors are some of the ones that I've always said, since I was kid, that I was going to read. Now I'm challenging myself to go out and do it.

Then I look at some your lists and realize there were so many that I missed. At this rate I'll be reading well past retirement!

Great list! And Louisa May Alcott thrillers - ! I didn't even know these existed, but will definitely check them out.

I'm having a bit of list envy too! And it's fun spotting books you've already read and loved on others' lists, and knowing that someone has that pleasure ahead of them...
