Technical Help? or template change?

Ok, am looking at our FITG blog, and am noticing that both labels and list section are getting very long (and will only be getting longer as more books are read and members join).

Now i'm thinking of two options,

the first is pick another template with three columns - so these can be side by side (i'll pick a few templates and we can all vote on our fav etc.)

or

Does anyone know how to make a blog roll except for labels or list section? I've been trying to find it online but i'm at a loss. Any help would be appreciated.

So please let me know if you know anything about label rolls etc. or how you feel about a new template?

Thanks!

Hi Emily,

I know my way around HTML and CSS. I've never worked with blogger templates, but I imagine I could. Please feel free to let me know if I can help, ok?

I would give iasa's idea a try. If that doesn't work you can try a different layout. If that doesn't work you can start talking with Nancy about some other html and css options.

Iasa - thats a brilliant idea but when i copied/pasted the code i got this message:

Your template could not be parsed as it is not well-formed. Please make sure all XML elements are closed properly.
XML error message: The element type "b:section" must be terminated by the matching end-tag "".

Now i was told to play around with it, but i don't understand what i'm being asked to change?

Nancy, should i change the ' ' to " or something?

I like being able to see everyone's list, and the drop down list seems to only display (if I counted correctly) fourteen people's lists. There are way more participants than that, is there a way for it to display everyone's list?

Becky - the linklist drop down menu is different from making a drop down menu for labels. I have to manually type in html codes, links and names for everyone and then stick them into alphabetical order - so I'm doing ten a night so i don't go gaga! theres over 70 lists now so bare with me.
